Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide

Orders are typically shipped within 2-5 business days, and standard Ground Shipping orders arrive in 7 to 10 business days. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been shipped, allowing you to track your package progress and obtain a scheduled delivery date. For orders shipped outside of the Continental United States please allow 10-20 business days for delivery.

For exchange please contact us at 678-224-1410. Exchange can be made within 7 days from the day of ordering.

Cancellations can be done 24-48 hours after placing your order.

All orders being returned should have tracking information. Please keep that information and have it available upon inquiry.

No return on custom wigs - buyer will get a store credit.

We do not accept returns or exchanges of unbundled hair or hair that has been tampered with (washed, uncoiled from the wave or curl pattern, or unraveled). If a bundle shows signs of use or has been tampered with, we will not issue a refund under any circumstances and reserve the right to make a decision based on the condition of the returned hair.

We will use our industry expertise to determine if a refund is granted. Refunds will be issued in the same manner as payment, i.e., PayPal, refund via PayPal.

We will accept returns within 7 days of initial receipt via USPS for online purchases. There are no refunds or exchanges for in-store purchases. All returns will be processed minus the effective cost and completed within 72 hours of receipt.

There are no refunds or exchanges on wholesale orders.
