Shipping Information

Free Ground Shipping on all orders inside the Continental U.S. After order is place it takes 3-5 business days to process and verify credit card authorization before we ship out your order. Generally shipping takes about 2-3 days within the USA. When your order is shipped we will email you with a tracking number. We only shipped to CONFIRMED addresses from your account. If your address is unconfirmed we will email you to verify your address to ensure accurate delivery. ALL ORDERS MUST BE SIGNED FOR! In the event that your package is left at the post office after several delivery attempts and comes back to us, we will notify you via email. We are not responsible for carrier delays from the post office.

If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please call us as soon as possible toll free at 1-888-509-0350 so that we can correct your address. Once your package has shipped there might be an intercept charge by USPS. This charge can be billed to your original method of payment, or a new method of payment can be provided to cover these costs.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT: For orders shipped outside of the Continental United States please allow 10-20 business days for delivery.

Expedited orders goes out 1-3days from day of order placed. All expedited orders confirmed before 11:00 a.m. PST (2:00 p.m. EST) will be processed the same day pending credit card verification. Please note the day your order is packed and shipped is not counted as a day in transit. Expedited Shipping is valid for orders shipped within the Continental United States ONLY. We ship to APO/FPO and PO Boxes. Delivery time to APO/FPO and PO Boxes varies and is generally longer than our standard 4-10 business day Ground Shipping. Please contact our customer service department at 1-888-509-0350 with your request, and we will be able to assist you in placing your order.

WE DO DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES OF UNBUNDLED HAIR OR HAIR THAT HAS BEEN TAMPERED WITH(WASHED, UNCOILED FROM THE WAVE OR CURL PATTERN THAT HAS BEEN UNRAVELED) . IF A BUNDLE IS APPARENT OF USE OF ANT KIND OR HAS BEEN TAMPERED WITH WE WILL NOT REFUND ON ANY BASIS, AND WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MAKE THE DECISION BASED ON THE CONDITION OF THE RETURNED HAIR.

WE WILL USE OUR INDUSTRY EXPERTISE TO DETERMINE IF A REFUND IS GRANTED. THE REFUND SHALL BE PAID WITHIN THE SAME MANNER AS PAYMENT, I.E. PAYPAL, REFUND VIA PAYPAL
