   - To be eligible for a return, the hair extension or wig must be in its original condition and packaging, unused, and with all tags and labels attached.
   - Returns must be initiated within 10 days of the original purchase date.

2. Non-Returnable Items
   - For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on hair extension wigs that have been worn, altered, or damaged.
   - Customized or special-order products may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

   - Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as shipping the wrong item or a defective product.
